I'm having trouble with a littleBits product. What should I do?


If you have any problems whatsoever with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and a real live human will help you out. 

We're happy to arrange for the exchange of any modules with manufacturing defects, or to replace any products that were damaged in shipment within 90 days of receipt. We are not able to replace modules that have been damaged by misuse or abuse.
